Site Walkthrough and Work Orders

The Site Walkthrough and Work Order Management module allows site managers to quickly perform routine maintenance tasks such as lock checks, unit maintenance notes, move outs, work orders and much more as they walk around the facility. This module can be used on an Android tablet or any Android-based smart phones.

Ability to record the notes separately such as maintenance issues related to specific units or site-specific notes
Works in an offline mode using a local database
Ability to track and manage walkthroughs and work orders from Self Storage Manager
Ability to create and update unit and building work orders.
Ability to access emergency info
Conduct walkthrough in standalone mode from a mobile device and upload the data to SSM in a wireless mode.
Ability to assign a barcode tag or RFID tag to each unit and scan using a barcode reader or RFID reader
